Well folks… it’s that time of year, when inevitably we feel the pressure to make some resolutions and give things up… 🤔

Well this year, we’re proposing you just keep being your fabulous self, but certainly add a little more activity to your schedule… starting off gently with the ‘Every Step Counts Challenge’ 🥊

Our good friend Niamh, from
Glanmire and Sarsfields Healthy Clubs has been on to remind us about it 🥰

The challenge starts Wednesday the 7th and sadly we have less
people registered, then would be  expected.  We know we can do better than this … come on Glanmire let’s do this!!! ☺️

Unlike, other initiatives, participants that register don’t have to be in any specific place at any specific time. They just track their steps through the next six weeks as we try show Munster just how active and attractive us Glanmire lot are 😜
