Well … as some of you may know, I’m a big cheerleader for VOLUNTEERISM 🙌 

In my humble opinion, anyone who dedicates their time, skill, expertise, energy, creativity, brilliance to any organisation is a local legend!

Not to mention the group of volunteers we have here at our own Club who, quite frankly, do the jobs that no one else could, would or should do 💛💚

It’s amazing how on this week, National Volunteer Week a local spotlight of Cork's 96FM has been shone on our very own Niamh O’ Mahony, and her cancer journey 🤗 

Niamh, works tirelessly behind the scenes in many local health and community initiatives… and we are all the better for having her dedication and resilience!

Thank you Niamh for all you do, not only for our Club…. But for the wider Glanmire Community!
